We refund your money within 48 hours of your returning the spare parts in good condition. This applies only in situations where a wrong spare part or faulty part is supplied as a result of our company's error.

This also applies to engines. Remember that you have 3 days to test the engine or other spare parts (strictly for Belgium). We do not give guarantees for gearboxes. All returns and complaints must be within 3 days of receiving the vehicle parts.

In the event of your ordering a wrong part by mistake, our making a refund will strictly be at the company's discretion. It is also subject to our confirming that the vehicle parts is still in good and sellable conditions.
